The Mogin Law Firm, P.C. files a new case alleging that Intel Corp. monopolized the x86 microprocessor market using exclusive dealing agreements, manipulation of standard setting organizations, product-line restrictions, exclusionary rebates, coercion of oems, threats of retaliation and other anticompetitive acts. It identifies 38 companies – including large scale computer-makers (tier one oems), small system-builders, wholesale distributors, and retailers that were subjected to the alleged anticompetitive practices. The case is filed on behalf of a nationwide class of consumers, the end-users who indirectly purchased x86 chips and pc and who bore the brunt of the resulting overcharges.

Our co-counsel are Mike Kirby and Jon Boynton of Post, Krby Noonan & Sweat, one of San Diego’s top business litigation firms.
