For law firms and corporate counsel, we offer two, one-day programs that each provide a comprehensive overview of state and federal antitrust law and California’s Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17200, et seq.) including the most recent developments. We are a California State Bar certified CLE provider of these programs.
For Business Clients: Competition Analysis Program
For business clients, we offer our Competition Analysis Program. Using the tools and techniques of antitrust and related disciplines, we can analyze competition issues in your industry structure, operations and strategic planning. Clients can integrate our competitive analysis into their decision-making process in negotiations, planning, supply chain and procurement, competitive response and strategic development. The Competition Analysis Program also allows clients to identify potential losses suffered as a result of anti-competitive activity so they can deliberately weigh their options for claims and recovery.
